one. Product introduction
Increasing the current sharing coefficient of each component in the rectifier can relatively prolong the service life of the component and increase the rectification efficiency. The function of the ZJ-1 current sharing tester produced by Zhuhai Hancai High-voltage Measurement & Control Equipment Co., Ltd. is to measure the current value of each rectifier thyristor or diode conduction under the operating condition of the rectifier, which provides a direct basis for improving the current sharing coefficient. The ZJ-1 current sharing tester and the ZDY-J current sharing sensor manufactured by Hancai High-voltage Measurement and Control Equipment Co., Ltd. are used in combination. Its functions are as follows:
You can display the average and peak value of the on-state current of each component on each rectifying arm and you can set the alarm.
It can display the bar graphs and waveforms of the conduction current of each component on each rectifier arm.
Can view historical data, with communication and printing capabilities. Each flow tester can communicate with computer networks.
The ZDY-J current sharing sensor is installed on each component branch and measures the on-state current value of each component separately. The signals are collected on the current-balance tester display.

three. installation method
The housing of the ZDY-J current sharing sensor is made of flame-retardant insulating material and can be directly clamped on the copper plate (or aluminum plate) at the output end of each rectifying element. A ZDY-J current sharing sensor is installed at each rectifier element in the rectifier cabinet, and its output signal is collected by a special shielded cable to the ZJ-1 current sharing tester. The ZJ-1 current balance tester can be installed at the rectifier cabinet or control room.
