When the high-power rectifier device is in operation , if the rectifier has a high current-sharing coefficient ,it can relatively prolong the service life of the components and improve the rectifier efficiency , and can also reduce the occurrence of faults. The function of the ZJ-1 type current sharing tester produced by Zhuhai Hancai Strong Electrical Measurement and Control Equipment Co., Ltd. is to measure the current value of each rectifier thyristor or diode conduction of the rectifier under the operating condition of the rectifier, so as to understand and improve at any time. Power rectifiers provide a direct basis for the current balance coefficient. The ZJ-1current sharing tester and the ZDY-J current sharing sensor manufactured by Hancai Strong Electrical Measurement & Control Equipment Co., Ltd. are used in combination, and their functions are as follows.
1. You can display the average and peak value of the on-state current of each component on each rectifying arm and you can set the alarm.
2. It can show the waveform of the conduction current of each component on each rectifier arm.
3. Can view historical data, with communication and printing capabilities. Each flow tester can be networked with computers. The average value, peak value and current sharing coefficient of each rectifier element current can be displayed on the background machine; waveform diagrams and bar graphs can be displayed.
4. The ZDY-J current sharing sensor is installed on each element branch of the rectifier arm, and the current value of each element is measured, and the signals are collected into the current sharing tester display.

three. installation method
The housing of ZDY-J current sharing sensor is made of flame-retardant insulation material and can be directly clamped on the copper plate (or aluminum plate) at the output end of each rectifying element. A ZDY-J currentsharing sensor is installed at each rectifier element in the rectifier cabinet , and its output signal is collected by a special shielded cable to the ZJ-1 current sharing tester. ZJ-1 type flow tester can be installed in the rectifier cabinet or control room. Multiple current-sharing testers can also be networked with computers for centralized management.
